Junior Parents Weekend

Junior Parents Weekend (JPW) is a cherished tradition at Notre Dame, bringing together junior students and their families. As Senior Fellows for Notre Dame Global, we aimed to enhance this experience for international families. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by international students and their parents, we proposed hosting a breakfast, inviting guest speakers, and organizing panels to welcome and orient families to life at Notre Dame.

Global Student and Parent Mixer

The Global Student and Parent Mixer is scheduled for February 14, 2025. This event, hosted by Notre Dame Global and Senior Fellows, will feature university catering, distinguished guests (including Notre Dame Global's Vice Presidents), and Q&A panels with junior and senior student representatives. My role included designing publication materials and creating giveaway stickers for parents, all of which are shown below.

MuNDus Trivia Night

Is a lively and interactive event we organized, combining fun, knowledge, and community engagement. The evening featured a Jeopardy-style trivia competition, complete with creative and challenging questions crafted by our team. Participants competed for exciting prizes, making the event both entertaining and rewarding.

Coordination and Execution

From curating trivia questions to arranging food and prizes, we meticulously planned every aspect of the event. Our efforts ensured a seamless experience for attendees, fostering camaraderie and a vibrant atmosphere. MuNDus Trivia Night showcased our ability to create an engaging and well-organized program that brought people together in celebration of learning and connection.

International Fall Fest

International Fall Fest celebrated cultural diversity and seasonal traditions in a vibrant, community-centered event. Highlights included a pumpkin decorating contest that sparked creativity and friendly competition, along with a variety of international foods and drinks that offered attendees a taste of global flavors.
